It
all started in 1979 as a simple design experiment in Jim
Boyd's garage. The challenge? To create a better answer
for an air conditioner company looking for a p.o.p. display
that was safe, sturdy and attractive. The outcome? A display
that delighted the client and jumpstarted a whole new business.
Jim
Boyd continued to design and produce displays in his garage
for a couple of years, but quickly moved his growing business
to a 7,200 square feet warehouse to accommodate White Oak's
growing clientele.
Two
decades later, Jim's son, Scott, was at the helm of the
White Oak team and grew the company to fill a 43,000 square
feet assembly and warehouse facility in northern Lancaster
County, Pennsylvania.
Today,
the team operates out of two facilities with over 108,000
square feet of manufacturing, assembly and warehouse space
combined. |
